Print Magazine Listing Questionnaire

Thank you for purchasing a sponsored listing on NewPages for your magazine. You may want to bookmark this page to save it so that you can fill out the questionnaire at a later time if you do not want to fill it out immediately.

After you have submitted the listing questionnaire, please email a jpeg image of your latest cover to nicolefoor@newpageswork.com. Images should be at least 500 pixels in width.

When your listing is posted (usually within 3 to 4 business days), we will email you the link to confirm the information is accurate. You are allowed to make updates to your listing throughout the year by contacting us with necessary changes.

Information included below will appear on your public listing. Do not fill out fields that you do not want to be seen, i.e. email, phone, and address.

Here is a sample short description. These are featured in the Guide to Literary Magazines index page as well as at the top of your listing.

Limit: 50 Words. This should be a short, general description of your magazine and not a call for submissions. You can use < em > Text to Italicize < /em > for text you want to be italicized. Just remove the spaces between the brackets and em codes.

 

Here is a sample publisher's description. These is featured on your journal's listing page.

Limit: 250 Words. You can copy and paste your description from Word. Describe your editorial focus, your history, etc. Please note that the listings aim to send readers as well as writers to your website, so we suggest you write the description in a way that will appeal to this audience. (We don’t recommend that you include writer’s guidelines or submission info in your description.)

Quotes of reviews your mag has received are always an excellent addition as is recent contributors and any awards won. Keep the word count within the specified limit.

 

Maximum file size: 516MB

Upload a cover image that is at least 500 pixels in height. Images need to be under 1.5MB in size. If you cannot upload or link to your cover image, email the image to nicolefoor@newpageswork.com.
