New Book or New Issue Sponsored Blog Post on NewPages

NewPages offers sponsored blog posts for new books and new issues of literary and alternative magazines for an introductory rate of just $39. You can see examples of the New Book and New Issue posts on our blog.

All posts include a cover or logo image, one link, and up to 200 words of text.

Once they are posted on the blog and shared out to social media, they will remain in place for 30 days. After which you will have the option to renew the post.

If there is an error in the post, it will be corrected and updated. It will not be re-run as a new post.

Descriptions may be edited to meet guidelines, avoid standard English errors, and provide SEO.

Posts will also include text to indicate that this is a paid promotion with internal links.

Book Criteria and Description

  • Prepublication posts are acceptable if there is pre-order in place.
  • Books advertised must have a link to info/order page.
  • Up to 200 words that give readers a clear expectation of the content.
  • Written in the third person.
  • Author bio content may be included as part of total word count.
  • No cost and/or ordering information. That should be on the publisher’s website.

Post Information

All blog posts include a cover image and up to 200 words of text.

Posts will be scheduled in the order that they are received on a rolling basis and generally within one to two weeks of receipt of payment.

Image Requirements

Images need to be at least 500×500 pixels for optimal social media sharing.

  • jpeg, png, or webp formats only
  • Square or portrait images preferred
  • File size should be under 100kb. If your image is too large it might cause the form to hang-up, or the system will kick out the image when the form is submitted.
